Avoid alcohol or use it in moderation while taking Diflucan. In common with all azole antifungal agents, Fluconazole may cause hepatotoxicity. Diflucan should not be taken in allergy to Fluconazole or other anti fungal azole preparations. Diflucan should be stored at room temperature away from moisture and sunlight.
